14U Outlast 16U in triple Texas-Tiebreaker

We talk a lot about measuring success and defining what victory looks like as we step on the field each weekend.  Anyone who watched the championship game between the 14U Lady Panthers and the 16U Lady Panthers can tell you these girls are moving in the right direction, and that direction is up!  There was excellent pitching performances by Payton Bryan (16U), Jetty Lueduke & Leah Coffing (14U) in the championship bout.    The game went into 3 extra innings to determine a winner.  Ultimately, it was Sophia Waigand's off the fence double that knocked in the 14U's winning run.

The 14U Lady Panthers suffered a hard loss in pool play to the 16U team, 15-4.  They regathered themselves with 16-4 and 10-0 wins over host MSA to land into the championship match which they won 9-8.

Chelsea DiTusa and Sophia Waigand were championship MVP's for each team.

Keep moving forward ladies!
